The second wife of Mirza Fazl Allah Khan [Agha Baygum Khanum] transfers the ownership of all her belongings (including whatever she owns until her death) to her son, Riza Quli Khan, in exchange for one hundred dinars. The condition is that Riza Quli Khan will be responsible for the food and clothing expenses of his mother as long as she lives. Moreover, after her death, he shall spend fifty tumans of his own money for the funeral expenses. A male slave, named Qanbar, and a female slave, named Tuti, are included in this settlement. Marriage contract of Shirin Jan, daughter of Mirza the tailor, and Ghulam‘ali, ghulam [servant/slave] of Haji ‘Abd Allah (son of Haji Kalb‘ali), dated July 23, 1858. The mahr is eight tumans plus one-sixth of a house in the Shams Abad neighborhood of Khuzan. A note declares that Haji ‘Abd Allah transferred the ownership of one-sixth of the house to Ghulam‘ali. On verso, dated August 24, 1866: Shirin Jan settled her mahr with Haji Muhammad Baqir Sultan, son of Haji Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, for forty rupees.
