Settlement, 1918 and 1924
Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Settlement between Zaynab and Zayn al-‘Abidin, 1811
Settlement between Zaynab, daughter of Isma‘il from Khvurasgan Jay, and Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Muhammad Baqir from the same village, exchanging her inherited properties, including a residential building in the same village, located in the Yar ‘Ali neighborhood, known as Aqa Isma‘il's House, and a stable and all its belongings for one hundred dinars and fifty units of wheat in shahi weight. On the margin: "Zaynab agreed to buy the stable, some springs, and the shares of other co-owners and give them to Zayn al-‘Abidin without asking for anything in return."

Marriage agreement of Fatimah, daughter of Ibrahim son of Sadiq from Khuzan, and Ahmad, son of Karbalayi Haydar son of Sadiq from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-twelfth of a house in the Shamsabad neighborhood of Khuzan, a share of water in Andan village, land in Andan village, and ten tumans to buy gold and earrings. Additionally, ten tumans will be paid for the bridal gift and two sets of proper women's clothes. Marriage agreement of Humayun, daughter of Karbalayi Riza son of Sadiq from Khuzan, and Amir, son of the late Haj Abu al-Hasan from Andan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, part of a house in Andan village, a share of water and a building in Andan, and seven misqals [unit of weight] of gold worth eighteen tumans. Ten tumans will additionally be paid for kitchen expenses and to buy a set of clothing.

Marriage contract of Sadiqah Khanum, daughter of Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Mahdi Quli, son of Mirza Sayyid Asad Allah. The mahr is one hundred tumans, which includes a Qurʼan worth twenty-five tumans, white gold worth twenty-five tumans, women's clothing worth twenty-five tumans, and twenty-five tumans in cash. The groom and his father settled some properties and some water channels for fourteen riyals of the mahr with the bride.

Marriage contract of Kawkab Sultan, daughter of Mulla Ghulam Husayn, son of Muhammad Hasan, and Haj Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, son of Muhammad ‘Ali. The mahr includes twenty-five tumans as an initial gift, twenty-five tumans for women's clothing, twenty-five tumans for rugs, twenty-five tumans for gold, some properties, and a share of water use. The groom settled the properties and the share of water use with the bride for fourteen riyals of the mahr.

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.

Division of a garden known as Aqa ‘Ali Akbar Khan Garden, and located in Varnusfadiran village, between wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Abbas ‘Ali Ibn Haj Muhammad Mahdi Sultan and three sons of the late Haji Aqa Kalb‘ali (Muhammad Sadiq Khan Nayib, Muhammad ‘Ali Khan, and Aqa ‘Abd al-Husayn).
