Settlement between Fatimah Khanum and Aqa Muhammad Husayn, the children of Karam ‘Ali, the son of Husayn Karam‘ali Paykani Jarqu’iyyah, and Haj Muhammad, the son of Muhammad Riza and the resident of Sa‘adat Abad Jarqu’iyyah Castle over some properties, a share of water usage, and parts of a qanat in exchange for ninety-seven tumans.

Settlement between Aqa Yad Allah, son of the late Fath Allah, and his wife, from Varnusfadiran, and Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village, exchanging a piece of land in Dashtandah plain and some shares of water in Haji ‘Ali Akbar's garden for twenty-seven tumans and five thousand dinars, with five thousand dinars for the detriment clause.

Haji Khan [Aqa Habib?], son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, and Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza from the same village, have exchanged two jaribs [unit of area] of land in Kushk village for half a jarib of land in the Muzaffari region and set one tuman and forty misqals of wheat for the detriment clause.

Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Marriage contract of Kawkab Sultan and Haj Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, 1923
Marriage contract of Kawkab Sultan, daughter of Mulla Ghulam Husayn, son of Muhammad Hasan, and Haj Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Ali, son of Muhammad ‘Ali. The mahr includes twenty-five tumans as an initial gift, twenty-five tumans for women's clothing, twenty-five tumans for rugs, twenty-five tumans for gold, some properties, and a share of water use. The groom settled the properties and the share of water use with the bride for fourteen riyals of the mahr.

Settlement of Khavar Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Mir and wife of Haydar ‘Ali from Varnusfadiran, on behalf of her underage children, with Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of Mirza ‘Abbas from the same village; they exchange a piece of land in Farvand Muzaffari for eleven tumans and one hundred dinars, with forty misqals of Muhubin wheat for the detriment clause. Khavar Sultan's husband, Aqa Haydar ‘Ali, has guaranteed this settlement.

Marriage contract of Banu Khanum, daughter of the late Haj Javad Darvish, and Haj Ghulam Riza, son of the late Darvish Muhammad Husayn. The mahr includes twenty-one tumans, a Qur'an, parts of a building in the Aqa neighborhood, shares of land in the Ab Bariki Plain, and a share of qanat water in the same plain. On the margin: "On 22 January 1926, Darvish Ghulam Riza sold Banu Khanum's share of the land with her permission, and instead, they included another piece of land as her mahr. On 11 Decemeber 1926, Banu Khanum settled her share of the building with Yad Allah, son of the late Darvish...
