Settlement, 1918
Haji Khan [Aqa Habib?], son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, and Haydar ‘Ali, son of the late Muhammad Ibn Muhammad Riza from the same village, have exchanged two jaribs [unit of area] of land in Kushk village for half a jarib of land in the Muzaffari region and set one tuman and forty misqals of wheat for the detriment clause.

On the margin: "the wife of Aqa Yad Allah has signed this settlement."

Settlement, 1918 and 1924
Mashhadi Qadam‘ali, son of the late Fath‘ali from Varnusfadiran, has sold a piece of land in the Dashtandah plain and some shares of water to Haji [Aqa Habib?] Khan, son of the late Mirza ‘Abbas from Varnusfadiran, for fifty tumans, one hundred dinars, with forty misqals [unit of weight] wheat for the detriment clause, dated September 17, 1918. On verso: "On April 26, 1924, Haji Khan has sold half of the above property to his brother, Vali Khan, for twenty five tumans."

Settlement between Zaynab Sultan, daughter of the late Mashhadi Ahmad from the Alvar tribe of Bidabad, and Mashhadi ʻAli, son of the late Mashhadi Aqa Muhammad from Masfur tribe, exchanging one acre of land in Lurk, Bidabad for one hundred and fifty tumans.

Sale and Settlement, 1917
Settlement between Yad Allah, son of the late Fath Allah from Varnusfadiran, and Haj Nad‘ali, son of Haj Muhammad Ja‘far from Varnusfadiran; the exchange of a property located at Dashtandah for thirty tumans and a two-tuman fee for the detriment clause, dated October 12, 1917. According to the note on the margin, the wife of Yad Allah has signed this settlement. On verso, on October 15, 1917, Haj Nad‘ali, settled the above property with Sakinah Khanum, wife of Haji Khan, son of the late Aqa ‘Abbas ‘Ali, in exchange for thirty-four tumans.
