Settlement between Sahib Jan, daughter of Haji Kazim from Isfahan, and Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, over: a textile quarter in the bazaar in the Nim Avard neighborhood in Isfahan, a house close to the quarter, a house in Chalah [illegible] neighborhood of Kashan, and a piece of property close to that house, for fourteen tumans.

Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. Settlement between Aqa ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad Baqir, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Javad from Khurasan, exchanging five-sixths of the Budjan Farm in Lower Simirum of Isfahan, inherited from Hajiyah, known as Baqir's wife, for five hundred tumans.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Khanum with Mirza Rahim, 1868
Marriage contract of Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of Mirza Muhammad and Mirza Rahim, the son of Mirza Husayn, on April 11, 1868. The mahr includes 30 tumans cash, room carpets including a rug and felt worth 10 tumans, and a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan. It also includes some properties belonging to the bridegroom's mother, father, and paternal aunt, which were settled with the bridegroom and were then included in mahr. A note on the verso reads: "Aqa Mirza Rahim"

Marriage contract of Maʻsumah Khanum and Abu Talib, 1849
Marriage contract of Maʻsumah Khanum, daughter of Haj ʻAliyar resident of Tehran [illegible] Isfahan, and Abu Talib, son of ʻAli Riza. The mahr is twenty two tumans and five thousand dinars. Following this contract, the groom's father settled with the groom over one-sixth of a house located at [illegible] for ten [illegible] coins and ten loads of wheat. Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause. The mahr includes 18 tumans cash, room's carpets worth 6 tumans, a qalamkar bed covering made in Isfahan worth four tumans, part of a building in Shaykh Zayn al-Din neighborhood, and a piece of land. Settlement between Baygum Sahib, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Muttalib and wife of Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali, and Muhammad Husayn Mi‘mar [the architect] from Qumshah over three-sixths and a half of a residential building, in exchange for three hundred and sixty-five tumans. Baygum Sahib's son, Mirza Muhammad Mahdi, represented her in this transaction.

Settlement between Aqa Fath‘ali, Aga Muhammad Javad, and Haji Baba, the sons of the Late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far from Varnusfadiran, and their uncle, Aqa Muhammad Mahdi Sultan; they exchange their share of some properties in Marbin for fifty tumans and three hundred dinars.

Marriage contract of Sughra Khanum with Aqa Fazl Allah, 1887
The marriage contract of Sughra Khanum, the daughter of Suhrab Khan, and Aqa Fazl Allah, the son of Aqa Mirza Habib Allah Shams al-Shariʻah on 21 May 1887. The mahr includes a Qurʼan, 25 tumans, 10 acres of a river, 5 acres of a land in Gulpaygan, 4 acres in a sahara, 2 acres of a garden, and one sixth of a house. In 1921, Fazl Allah settled all of his properties with Hajiyah Bibi Khanum. When Bibi Khanum abrogated this transaction due to her Hajj pilgrimage, Fazl Allah settles for four and a half-sixth of his building with Bibi Hajiyah.
