Settlement of inheritance from Zayn al-‘Abidin's wife, 1914
Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan’s wife and her sister, wife of Hasan ‘Ali Khan, had inherited half of the Sar Bizhan properties from their late father, Muhammad Ibrahim Khan, which were divided equally between the two. The agreement also includes the orchards and houses that either of them built with their money.
