The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman. Settlement between ‘Aziz al-Muluk and Gilan Khanum Amir Ibrahimi, daughters of the late Muhammad ‘Ali (Nusrat al-Mamalik) and residents of Kirman, on the ownership of the farm and qanat in Husayn Abad desert, for twenty-five grams of nabat [crystal candy] and some money. The agreement also includes the orchards and houses that either of them built with their money.

Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Salar Bihzadi, son of Zayn al-‘Abidin, and his son, Ibrahim Salar Bihzadi over parts of a house, two adjacent gardens, and the stable, located in Bam, for one rial and some wheat. The right of residence in the house and the income from the gardens belong to Hajiyah Bibi, mother of Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, as long as she is alive.

A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Settlement between the daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah [Gawhar Taj Khanum] and her grandson, Ibrahim Khan (with guardianship of his father ‘Ali Akbar Khan As‘adi) over half of the Jahan Abad farm in Rigan for one hundred dinars and some wheat, the Bibi Zava’i garden in Mahdab and its water usage for one hundred dinars, and some crystal candies. After Gawhar Taj Khanum’s death, the income from these properties should be used for renumeration of prayers and fasts for fifty years, Qur’an recitations, offerings of food, and expenses for sending forty people to pilgrimage.
