Marriage contract of Haji Maryam Baygum, the daughter of Aqa Sayyid Ismaʻil, and Haj Sadiq, the son of Aqa ʻAbd Allah from Kirman. The mahr is twenty two tumans and five thousand dinars. The bride has the following conditions: her husband should take her to Mashhad and pay the costs and it is also his duty to pay for her burial in Mashhad.

Mirza Nasr Allah, son of Aqa ‘Abd al-Vahhab Khan, on behalf of himself and with the power of attorney from Muhammad Khan and Fatimah Khanum, the inheritors of ‘Ali Muhammad Khan (son of Baqir), sells some properties in Kirman to Aqa Ibrahim Khan Sarhang [colonel], son of ‘Ali Khan from Bam, for thirty five tumans. The detriment fee is two tumans and some wheat.

Regarding a settlement between ‘Ali Asghar and his daughter Khadijah, 1891
According to a separate settlement, dated 1879, ‘Ali Asghar, son of Haji Muhammad Taqi Baqqal [the grocer], settles all his properties and a small house endowed by his father along with parts of the Jalal Abad farm near Kirman, to his daughter, Khadijah. Ghulam Husayn, his nephew, also has signed it. Here, in the first document, in 1891, a condition is added that whenever ‘Ali Asghar’s child from his temporary wife reaches adulthood, Khadijah Khanum pays her/him forty tumans. Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan on behalf of himself and his seven children, sells one-fourth of the properties in Sar Bizhan, Kirman, to Salar Nusrat Ghulamhusayn Khan for one thousand and one hundred and eighty tumans and some wheat. Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death.
