Mirza Baqir's petition about the death of his wife and child, 1919
Mirza Baqir, an employee of the Finance Ministry in Kirman, claims that while he had left Hutkan to collect his wages in Jiruft, Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali from Sarbanan had taken the writer's wife and his two children along with their household furnishing to his home. A few days later, Mirza Baqir's wife passed away and his children were sent to Hutkan on a pack animal. One of them stopped drinking milk and died eight days later. He is asking for justice.

Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Khan (Salar As‘ad), on behalf of his underage children, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa, and Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri over properties that Gawhar Khanum (daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah) had transferred to them in exchange for one hundred dinars. The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman. Then Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri transferred one-sixth of the farm in Narmashir plus two-sixths of the farm, that belonged to himself, to Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa...

Divorce settlement and marriage contract
Divorce settlement of Sakinah Sultan, daughter of Siddiq Qanbar ‘Ali, and Karbalayi Muhammad Tupchi, son of deceased Karbalayi Isma‘il (from Kirman Shahan), over waiving her mahr and alimony, till after the waiting period. Should he wish to return within that period, then he must pay her alimony at a daily rate of half a silver qiran. Marriage contract of Raziyah Baygum and Aqa Shaykh Javad. The mahr is sixty tumans, of which thirty tumans were paid to the bride, and the rest remains the groom’s debt.

Marriage contract of Nur al-‘Ayn Khanum, daughter of Muhammad Mahdi Khan (son of Vakil al-Mulk), and Nasr Allah Khan Qajar, son of Muhammad Husayn Khan (son of Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Qajar from Kirman); mahr is one thousand one hundred and ten tumans. At the same time, Nasr Allah Khan settled with Nur al-‘Ayn Khanum over a share of water in a property in Chamak, Isfandaqah worth one thousand tumans, as part of her mahr.
