Sahib Khanum (from Tuysirkan) talks about her husband, Iʻzam al-Mamalik (from Tuysirkan), being forced to go to Hamadan and then Tehran because of the animosity of the princes from Tuysirkan, and their pillage and plunder, and their appointing Jaʻfar Quli Mirza as the Governor of Tuysirkan regardless of the consequences. She mentiones that her son, ʻAlikhan, along with seven more men, was murdered, and asks ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma for justice.

Investigation of the murder of Haydar Quli with the order of Hisam al-Mulk's wife. Includes correspondence among the Governors of Savah and Zarand, Tehran, and Hamadan. According to a report by the gendarmerie, Hisam al-Mulk's wife stopped at Gharq Abad village on her way to Hamadan. During the night, Haydar Quli entered her house intending to commit robbery but one of the servants arrested him. In the morning, while he attempted to escape, he was shot in the back by the servant. ‘Azra Khanum, the thirty-two year old daughter of the late Mirza Mahmud Afshar and wife of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan Ilbaygi of the Afshar tribe, from Asad Abad of Hamadan and resident of Savujbulagh, and represented by Mirza Muhammad Khan, receives her inherited salary of eight kharvar and eighty mans (kharvar and man are units of weight) of barley, which belonged to her since 1885 or 1886. Mentions receiving the addressee's letter; Tuti Khanum (wife of Khazim Khan)'s claim on her paternal inheritance, acting on it, and accusing Aqa Sayyid Hasan the Friday prayer-leader of seizing her shares; Tuti Khanum's daughter (wife of Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)) attempts to stop her mother; and the author asked Tuti Khanum to take her claim to Kirmanshah but she refused to do. Interference of Mir Faraj Allah's brother-in-laws, 1928
Includes a telegram by the attorney of Mir Faraj Allah Rizayi complaining against the Court of Justice in Kurdistan, claiming that his client's brother-in-laws, who are also his paternal cousins, have used their influence on the court and interfered with the property cases involving his client. Therefore, he deems the court partial and requests that his client's case be transferred to a court in Kirmanshah, Hamadan, or Garus. In a letter to the Ministry of Justice, the Majlis asks for an investigation.

Zahra Sultan Nizam Mafi (‘Izzat al-Saltanah) writes to her sister, Ma‘sumah Nizam Mafi, asking her to send a photograph of Manizhah and promising to send a photograph of ‘Izzi. ‘Izzat al-Saltanah also advises her sister to send some of her servants to learn to make some dishes and desserts from the new, skilled chef hired by the Hazrat-i Ashraf household.
