Question on planting barley
Sayyid Mahmud Musavi Ruknabadi asks about planting barley in a piece of land and using the qanat's water: he writes that in previous year (1895) he planted barley in a piece of land in Murghdan (in Kishkhvan) and used the qanat's water for that. This piece of land has nothing to do with Mirza abu al-Qasim and his mother, Bibi Gul, and is Sayyid Mahmud's property. Sayyid Mahmud is asking the recipients to confirm this statement. ʻAli Akbar Ahmadi, Haji ʻAbbas Ruknabadi, and Shaykh Muhammad have confirmed his word.

Testimony of neighbors on the ownership of seven donkeys
Testimony of residents of [illegible] neighborhood and anyone who has knowledge on the matter; they declare that the seven donkeys belong to Vazir [the Minister?], Sulayman Bayg, and Tahmasb Bayg, not to Muhammad Karim Bayg, who had possession of the donkeys for the last forty days. The testimony also regards the ownership of two cows, which belong to the mother of ‘Abd al-Rasul and his sister. Fourteen people have signed the testimony.

Petition about a father-in-law's debt, 1905
Petition of Muhammad Riza Banna’ [the mason] to the prayer leader of Fars regarding his father-in-law's debt to him and the fact that not only has he taken his wife to his home for twenty days, but also he has complained about him to Salar al-Sultan Biglarbaygi. The writer asks the addressee to write a note confirming his presence with the addressee every day.

Request for testimony regarding inheritance
Mirza Muhammad Rahim requests testimony on the following: that four-sixths of a house, located in Sang-i Siyah neighborhood [Shiraz], belonged to the late Hajiyah Khanum Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Muhammad ‘Ali Sayyid Mirzayi, and her inheritors are Mirza Muhammad Rahim and his sister (on his mother's side), Shams Hajiyah, the daughter of the late Haji Mirza ‘Abd Allah. The house is currently in Mirza Muhammad Rahim's possession. On the margin seven people have testified.

Petition addressed to Nazim al-Sultan on behalf of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim Kaliskah-chi [carriage driver], who has been sentenced to pay six hundred tumans to his wife, Hajiyah Ruqiyah Sultan; however, the writer is witness to Hajiyah Ruqiyah Sultan’s deposition that she has not given any money to her husband and has settled all her entitlements. The writer also emphasizes Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim's financial hardship.

She claims the murderers were hired by Ishaq, another Jewish doctor; 2- a telegraph from Muhammad Yusuf from Kurdistan to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran, regarding the murder of Haq Nazar by Fattah, son of ‘Abd al-Rahman, Ma‘ruf, and another person -- all Ottoman nationals.
