Petition of Halimah and her daughter, Jamilah, 1905
A petition by Halimah Khanum, the wife of ʻAli Khan Vali (the procurement officer in Kirkuk), and her daughter, Jamilah, in which they ask the government of Iran to help them after her husband was killed and their proprty ransacked. The other document is a copy of a reply from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs written by Nasr Allah Mushir al-Dawlah, in which he tells them that the Shah is unable to respond as he is away on a trip and will be notified once he is back. He also informs them that he will send them whatever he can by way of the procurement officer of Kurdistan.

A secret report by ‘Imad al-Dawlah in which he expresses his great concern about the presence of forty high ranking Shiite clergymen in Qazvin, who believe themselves to be in charge of the people of the area and as a result, take their endowments and belongings. He also writes about the death of Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim (the court's trustee and the accountant of Qazvin), whose riches have gone to the Shaykh al-Islam of Qazvin, as a result of his lacking an elder son. Letter from Talʻat al-Dawlah to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma
Talʻat al-Dawlah, daughter of Nadim al-Saltanah and wife of Haji ʻAliriza Khan, talks about the hardships she faced after her husband's death. She describes how agents looted her house and seized fifty thousand tumans worth of property that Haji ʻAliriza Khan had transferred to their daughter, Muhtaram, before passing away. Also, her husband's nephew sent a telegram to Tehran claiming his share of these belongings. The writer notes the cruelty her and her daughter experienced, and asks the addressee for help and justice.
