‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

Agreement between Haji Khan Yavar and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan, regarding a one-year of crops from some land in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 20 mans [unit of weight]. The crop should be delivered to Sakinah Sultan's servant or representative. Taxes, wages for the guards, and damages caused by natural disasters or pests are the responsibility of the tenant.

The inheritance of Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of the late ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan Sultan, was in the custody of her guardian Haji Khan the Colonel. According to this contract, Haji Khan returns this property to Sakinah Sultan Khanum. The expenses for her clothing have been deducted from ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan's debt.
