Settlement between Zivar Khanum and Mirza ‘Ali Akbar, 1898
Zivar Khanum [Zivar Sultan], the daughter of the late Nayib Quli has sold her inherited property, two-sixths of a house, located in the Sangilaj neighborhood of Tehran, close to Qavam al-Dawlah's house, to Aqa Mirza ‘Ali Akbar for one hundred tumans, according to a separate settlement. Ten tumans of that amount has been settled and, according to the current settlement, Mirza ‘Ali Akbar paid the remaining ninety tumans to Zivar Khanum.

Raziyah Buluri Tafrishi had seized a sewing machine from Nim Taj Khanum due to her delinquent rent, which was 30 tumans. Now, Nim Taj Khanum has paid her debt and receives the sewing machine, which actually belongs to Khanum Akram al-Sadat.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan and Muhammad ‘Ali, 1936
Marriage contract of Fatimah Sultan (Haji ‘Abd al-Vahhab), born in 1919 or 1920, the daughter of Turan Khanum and Aqa Husayn, and Muhammad ‘Ali (Salman) the cafe owner, the son of Khadijah Khanum and Aqa Mahdi, born in 1902 or 1903. The mahr is seven hundred rials, two hundreds of which has been received and the rest of which remains the groom's debt.

Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.
