Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. Dispute between Bibi's inheritors and Mirza Abu al-Qasim, 1873
On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India]. Settlement between Bibi Khanum Bihjat and her mother, Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, 1898
Bibi Khanum Bihjat, the daughter of Haji Mirza Muhammad Hashim, known as Haji Mirza Aqa Mustawfi, and the wife of Aqa Mirza ‘Ali the secretary, has transferred all her belongings, the value of which ranges between one to three thousand tumans, with no exceptions, to her mother Shari‘at al-Hajiyah, the daughter of Haj Mirza Aqa, the former representative of Shiraz, in exchange for one thousand dinars.

Sale document of Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn and Haji Muhammad Ibrahim, 1914
Haji ‘Abd al-Husayn the merchant, the son of Haji ‘Abd al-Razzaq the merchant from Shiraz, sells an orchard located near Shiraz to Haji Muhammad Ibrahim the peddler, the son of Mashhadi Hasan from Shiraz, for two thousand and five hundred tumans. He has also settled some wheat and sugar cubes to him.

Settlement of Sakinah Bibi and Shaykh Jalal al-Din with Ghulamhusayn Bayg, 1873
Shaykh Jalal al-Din and Sakinah Bibi, the son and the wife of Haji Mirza Davud known as Nizam al-‘Ulama’, on his behalf have sold some properties including a house, located in Sar-i Bagh neighborhood of Shiraz, to Haji Ghulamhusayn Bayg, the son of Fath Allah Bayg from Shiraz, for seventeen tumans after taking into account the time the property was possessed by Mirza Muhammad Husayn and his inheritors.

Dispute between Muhammad Baqir and Abu al-Qasim
Since Haji Muhammad Baqir from Dihdasht had many wives to provide for, and because he had not received the money owed to him from Shiraz, he was about to travel to Isfahan and Tehran to claim some loans, and then to Mashhad for pilgrimage. But, he was stopped by his paternal cousin, Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, who has made a claim against him. Muhammad Baqir requests that they stop preventing his journey and pilgrimage and that the matter be pursued with his attorney.

Settlement of Raziyah Sultan Khanum and Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, 1924
On October 6 and November 5, 1924, Bibi Raziyah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of Shaykh ‘Abd al-Nabi and the wife of Shaykh Zia’ al-Din ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah, settled a property near the Baghshah in Shiraz with Muhammad Khalil the merchant from Shiraz, the son of Muhammad Karim the merchant from Shiraz known as Rukni, for one hundred and sixty tumans. For the first contract ‘Imad al-Shari‘ah was also present and testified.
