Question and answer from Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali about his mother's will, 1890
Query addressed to Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali about his mother's bequest, which according to him she had requested to be used for charity and prayers on her behalf. The writer is asking Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali whether she had an executor of the will. On the margin is written [by Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali?] that she had not chosen an executor, but Navvab Mirza Muhammad Husayn had been asked to take care of her will. On the back: "the document in which I inquired from Aqa Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali and he responded that the late mother had not appointed the [his?] brother to execute her will."

The writer asks whether she had demanded to use Sadr's bequest in charity and asks Shari‘atmadar to put someone in charge of this. Shari‘atmadar has confirmed this and suggests Haji Zayn al-‘Abidin, Mirza Muhammad Hasan, and the writer for this task.

Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this.
