Testimony about Zaynab Khanum being a descendant of the prophet, 1830
According to this testimony, Zaynab Khatun, the sister of Zayn al-‘Abidin, is among the descendants of the prophet Muhammad. Thus, her sons, Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim and Mulla ‘Abd al-‘Azim, are also descendants of the prophet.

The document reads, in part: "It is stated that Gul Bibi, the wife of Sayyid Jaʻfar, was previously the wife of the deceased Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar. The deceased Mirza Abu al-Hasan had previously calculated the value of Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's belongings and realized that all the properties were equal to Mir ʻAbd al-Ghaffar's wife's mahr and, based on shariʻah law, he had given them all to her. The affiants should write their names and seal this document so that it becomes valid. December 1802 or January 1803." On the margin, Jahan Banu and Hasan have testified as affiants."

Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. This is causing the decay of the property. As a result, the inheritors are in a dire situation.
