Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

Includes: 1-Transfer of power of attorney from Zuhrah [Zahra Baygum?], Tuhfah, and Sakinah, the daughters of Karbalayi Hadi, to their brother, Aqa Vali, regarding their properties in Harzand ʻAtiq (1845); 2- Zahra Baygum, the daughter of Karbalayi Hadi, on behalf of herself and her sisters, Sakinah Khatun and Tuhfah Nisa’, has filed a complaint against Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim, who they claim has seized their share of water from the qanat in ‘Uryan Dibi [Ayrandibi] (1874); 3- Since they were not able to prove their claims, they only made Mulla ‘Abd al-Karim to take an oath (1874).

The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.

Marriage agreement of Fatimah and Ahmad, 1883
Marriage agreement of Fatimah, daughter of Ibrahim son of Sadiq from Khuzan, and Ahmad, son of Karbalayi Haydar son of Sadiq from Khuzan. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two thousand five hundred dinars, one-twelfth of a house in the Shamsabad neighborhood of Khuzan, a share of water in Andan village, land in Andan village, and ten tumans to buy gold and earrings. Additionally, ten tumans will be paid for the bridal gift and two sets of proper women's clothes. Marriage contract of Bibi Bilqays and Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi, 1891
Marriage contract of Bibi Bilqays, daughter of Mirza Muhammad ʻAli Mustawfi, and Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi known as Badiʻ al-Shuʻara, son of Sadr al-Zakirin, with a mahr of 300 tumans, which includes: 60 tumans in cash paid to the bride, one of the twelve shares from a series of qanat in Nayshabur worth 150 tumans, a property worth 75 tumans, and some gold that remains the groom's debt. Gawhar, daughter of Haj Husayn Haj al-Haramayn, mother of Mulla Sulayman, signed to give permission to the transfer of the share of ʻAli Abad's farm.

Marriage contract of Fatimah Baygum, daughter of Mashhadi Karim from Usku, and Muhammad ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi ‘Ali from Usku; mahr includes part of a garden and a share of a qanat, and a candlestick worth three thousand five hundred dinars. On verso, dated September 25, 1896, Fatimah Baygum has received eighty tumans for the garden and the qanat share from Haji Sayyid Muhammad Tajir (merchant) from Usku.
