Three Essays: Zaynab Baygum's response to supporters of unveiling, Sanad al-saʻadat, Prayers
The first essay is Zaynab Baygum's response to supporters of unveiling. It seems that this was first published in Istakhr periodical in 1926. At the beginning of the manuscript, there are some verses and poems about marriage and marriage contracts. Parts of this article are written in form of debate between a Naturalist (Tabiʻi) and Divinist (Ilahi) and between Isfahani and Mahjurah. After Zaynab Baygum's piece, the scribe brings some poems from Iraj Mirza. The second essay is Sanad al-saʻadat. Hajiyah Khanum has paid eighty tumans, from the two hundred and fifty tumans she kept for the cost of prayers, fasts, and transfer of the corpse the deceased Haji Khan [probably her husband], to Shaykh Asad Allah and Mashhadi Aqa Mir Iskaniyan to cover the cost of ten years of fasts and prayers.

Sale document of Muhammad Khalil's daughter, 1918
Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad Khalil Tajir (merchant) from Shiraz, sells half of a farm in Fars province to Amir ‘Abd Allah in exchange for some sugar lumps and two thousand dinars. In addition, Amir ‘Abd Allah is responsible for spending an annual amount of fifty tumans, for seven years, on hiring a trustworthy person to perform prayers and fasts on Khanum's behalf.

Gawhari Khanum's will, 1923
Gawhari Khanum (daughter of Haj Zu al-Riyasatayn) makes her daughter, Batul Khanum, the executor of her will so that after Gawhari Khanum's death Batul Khanum has to sell the three-sixths of the mills in Murad Bak valley, or buy that share, and spend the money for the expenses in the year of Gawhari Khanum's death. Seven hundred tumans of subtenancy should be paid for fifty years of fasts and prayers. Five hundred tumans should be paid for the expenses of carrying the corpse to the holy cities in Iraq. Settlement between Layli, the daughter of Muhammad Vali Bayg, and Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, in which she settles all of her belongings--clothes, dishes, cash and bonds, properties, and household furnishings--for some salt and pennies in order for Mirza Muhammad ʻAli to spend 11 tumans for taʻziyah and 10 tumans for prayers [to be said for her] after her death. After payment of the religious tithe, he should spend the rest on taʻziyah for Imam Husayn.
