Power of attorney from Fatimah Baygum and ‘Ali Akbar to Haj Muhammad Hasan, 1863
Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.

Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban. The second part is her will, in which she talks about the details of her funeral.

Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars. Prior to this, Baygum Jan Khanum had settled with her two sons, Haji Sayyid Muhammad and Haji Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, over her share of inheritance from her late husband, Haji Mir Kazim, and also over her share of inheritance from Haji Mir Hasan.
