Including 1- a petition by ‘Abbas Khan's wife, the former official in Sulaymaniyah, who worked for the Government of Iran but had Ottoman nationality, and neither government attended to his wife's rights. Testimony by a number of people, including Mu’ayyad al-Mamalik, regarding Nimtaj Khanum's trespassing on Kulah Farangi property in Nizamiyah Garden, which belongs to the underage children of Nizam al-Mulk. She cut some trees and sold them, claiming it as her own children's property. Shaykh ‘Isa, with the power of attorney from Nizam al-Mulk, complained to the Court of Justice, and the Court's investigation into the matter confirmed his claim.
