Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Note: since two sixths of this building belonging to Aqa ʻAli, the son of Haj Sadiq, was part of his [Muhammad Akbar's] wife...

Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Division of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, 1892
‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan's inheritance, has, under the supervision of Mulla Riza, been divided among the following: Muhammad (his father), Fatimah Baygum (his mother), his underage daughter (Haji Khan Yavar as her guardian), and his sister; the share and mahr of his wife, Gawhar Taj Khanum (Baba Khan's daughter), has also been distributed to her.

The document reads: "It has been asked that those faithful and righteous people who are knowledgeable and benevolent testify that on September 6, 1851, I was present at Mirza ʻAbd al-Javad's house and Sara, known as Kuchak Khanum, the daughter of Mulla ʻAbd Allah Jadid al-Islam, was also present and transferred all of her mahr, which was 60 tumans and 20 misqal gold, to me and I divorced her instead and left the divorce contract by Mirza ʻAbd al-Javad." Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum and Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar, 1881
Divorce settlement between Nush Afarin Khanum (daughter of the late Sadiq Khan) with her husband Aqa Hasan Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable); the setllement covers Nushafarin Khanum's mahr and alimony and her other rights. All of the clothes and other belongings, worth 75 tumans, were received and and repossessed. Because of the mutually agreed divorce, her husband gave Mirza Asad Allah power of attorney to execute the divorce based on the divorce contract. Fatimah Khanum's settlement, 1857
"Hereby, [I] Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the deceased Aqa Ibrahim, have settled, for five tumans, whatever rights I had [in divorce] to my mahr and the household furnishing minus, Ihram clothing and a golden korsi duvet that were given for the child. The other condition is that until the child is with the mother, the money for the child's expenses, which is 3000 in the present currency, should be paid on a monthly basis. September 16, 1857."

Haji Hamzah Aqa, the merchant from Tabriz, has added the following articles to the will he had drawn up earlier: one, donating his Egyptian fur coat to the executor of his will; two, regarding his deceased wife: he had specified her mahr and her other rights in his will, but since her death, it was paid off in total, except for forty tumans for prayers on her behalf, for which he is still responsible.
