Sale of Musa's inheritance, 1826
Zulaykha Khanum, Musa’s wife, Maryam Khanum, Musa’s daughter, and Safiyah and Imam‘ali, Musa's underage children, represented by some of the people of the village — whose names appear on the margin -- sell their shares of the inherited houses in ‘Uryandibi [Ayrandibi] to Karbalayi Hasanquli and Karbalayi Bakhsh‘ali, the sons of ‘Abbas, for three tumans and fifteen thousand dinars. Of the three tumans, Maryam gets one tuman and two tumans go to the underage children.

Bestowing inheritance by Sakinah Khanum, 1830
Sakinah Khanum, the daughter of Akhund Mulla ‘Ali, bestows her share of paternal inheritance to her brother, Akhund Mulla Ahmad. This includes agricultural property, houses, and household furnishings. In return, she has received five ovis, three sheep, and two goats.

Settlement of Nisa’ Khanum and Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn with Mirza Faraj Allah, 1803
Mulla ‘Abd al-Husayn (son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Rahim) and Nisa’ Khanum (daughter of Karbalayi Baqir) sell their residential house and garden in Surkhab, Tabriz, to Mirza Faraj Allah (son of Mirza Abu Muhammad the former sheriff of Tabriz) for seventeen tumans on behalf of themselves, as the guardians of the underage children of Mulla Muhammad Riza (Zayn al-‘Abidin and Jamal al-Din), and on behalf of Sara Baygum.

Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Petitioners write to Haj Mirza ‘Abd al-‘Ali Aqa Mujtahid regarding the late Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritors. Three-sixths of Baba Rud village, Aqa Khan Mir Panj's inheritance, has been rented to Fath‘ali Aqa, who has not generated enough returns on the land due to his mismanagement and lack of know-how. This is causing the decay of the property. As a result, the inheritors are in a dire situation. Marriage contract of Khayr al-Nisa’ Baygum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Baqir (son of Muhammad Isma'il Bayg known as Aqa Babak), and Haj Muhammad Mahdi, son of Haj Muhammad Rafi‘ [illegible]. The mahr is one hundred tumans. The groom settled fifty tumans of the mahr with the bride in exchange for two sets of women clothing and part of a property in ‘Abbas Abad region of [illegible] Garm Rud. The groom additionally promised to pay for ten mans [unit of weight] of copperware, ten misqals [unit of weight] of golden jewelry, and an Abyssinian female slave for the bride and ask nothing in exchange.
