Dividing properties, 1873
Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Hajiyah Banafshah's stipend, 1882
Mirza Aqa Khan and Haji Mulla Muhammad ʻAli, the treasurers of Astan-i Quds, received the next year's stipend for Hajiyah Banafshah. The stipend includes: 50 mans of wheat [each man is three kilograms], and four tumans cash. On the margin, it is noted that the treasurers have given four tumans in cash and 50 mans of wheat to Hajiyah Banafshah when issuing the financial draft for the whole month of Rabiʻ al-Sani [20 February to 20 March], 1882.

Karbalayi Sakinah's stipend, 1895 or 1896
The document reads: "I have received, for the stipend of Karbalayi Sakinah, the mother of ʻAli Akbar, 10 mans [each man is three kilograms] of barley, and I wrote this as a receipt of it." [on margin:] "Muqarrab al-Khaqan, the brother of the treasurer should give [the barley] as he has been told."

Includes issues facing several villages such as in Qaysar Abad village, where Najm al-Saltanah has issue with Karbalayi Mahdiquli, as a tenant, on it crops; the great functionality of a qanat; and increasing prices in Tehran. The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.

Marriage and divorce contracts of Baygum Khanum, daughter of the late Aqa Taqi, and Murad ‘Ali, son of the late Kazim. The mahr includes one tuman and five thousand dinars, one-and-a-half misqals of golden jewelery, copperware, European chintz clothes, a set of bedding made in Qumshah, kilim and a felt rug, and one-sixth of the groom's residential building located in the Ustad Qasim the Carpenter neighborhood of Asfarjan village. Marriage contract and divorce settlement, 1884 and 1888
One side is the marriage contract of Baygum Jan, daughter of Sayyid Husayn son of Sayyid Nasr Allah, and Muhammad Isma‘il, son of the late Muhammad Riza Da’i. The mahr is sixty tumans, of which the groom paid thirty tumans in women's clothing, rugs, gold, and copper worth five tumans. The other thirty tumans remain the groom's debt. The other side is the divorce settlement of Baygum Jan, daughter of Sayyid Husayn from Gazirgah, and Ismaʻil, son of the late Riza Mushki-baf from Gazirgah.
