Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Dispute between Bibi's inheritors and Mirza Abu al-Qasim, 1873
On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India]. The document reads, in part: ""Dividing the ownership of a building in the Labrud neighborhood, close to the Zaraghush river, among the heirs of Haj Sadiq (son of Aqa Muhsin), namely Aqa Mirza Husayn, Aqa Mirza Muhammad, and Sakinah Khanum (the daughter of Aqa Jaʻfar) as follows: the lady inherits two sixths of the building, which includes [?], the storage room and the Harzah-push above it, half of the common space of a house, the stable, the hay storage space, the garden, the small pool, and the bathroom. Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

Letter from Mahd-i ‘Ulya to Mu‘tamad al-Mulk, 1872 or 1873
Includes greetings and discusses the visit by Sadr-i A‘zam (premier) and princes, who brought news of Nasir al-Din Shah's health. She also mentions ‘Izzat al-Dawlah's well-being despite her sadness. Mahd-i ‘Ulya informs the addressee about sending two boxes of sour cherries from their garden.

Mahd-i ‘Ulya writes about sending Qurban‘ali Bayg with cucumber and eggplant pickles, sour cherries, and qavut; her sickness and a visit by Mirza Hasani Hakim, Mirza ‘Abd al-Vahhab from Farahzad, and Mirza Riza. She mentions sending back a girl, whom she had considered for marriage to the addressee, to her mother after learning about her seizures and sends the ring meant for her to Nasir al-Din Shah to give to ‘Ayishah Khanum.
