Confirmation of Abu al-Fath Khan and Fatimah Khanum's settlement with ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, 1897
Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Riza Khan, the royal steward and son of ‘Isa Khan, states, based on a separate document, that Abu al-Fath Khan (the Brigadier) and his mother, Fatimah Khanum, have sold, on his behalf, two-sixths of the village of Kavan Rud and a garden and two-sixths of a mill in the same village to Haji ‘Ali Akbar Aqa, the merchant from Ganjah, for seven thousand tumans.

Includes greetings and discusses the delay in replying to the addressee due to the author's illness; asks for permission to build a door in the garden to facilitate traffic; and in order to build the door the writer asks the addressee to tell Bihjat al-Saltanah to hire an architect to determine the price. The addressee's reply indicates there was a delay in writing back due to the writer's illness; they approve the door request and Bihjat al-Saltanah bringing an architect to determine the price.

Determining Fatimah's share, 1900
Letter about the division of Riza Quli Chahardawli's inheritance which includes: Qarah Chal village, part of Mihmandar village, and the garden, the mill, the household furnishings, animals, cash assets, and other goods. Riza Quli's brother, ‘Ali Khan the colonel, inherits these properties and after his death, his inheritors are Muhammad ‘Ali Khan the colonel, Yazdan Virdi Khan, Fatimah, Mah Jabin, and Riza Quli's wife, Sakinah. Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Saltanah (‘Izzat al-Dawlah) to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1903
Fatimah Khanum ‘Izzat al-Saltanah (‘Izzat al-Dawlah) writes to her husband, ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, to tell him that she misses him, about the letter she has received from Firuz, Daftar al-Muluk's visit, and that ‘Izzat al-Saltanah wishes to see the wedding of Firuz. She then discusses the situation of the Salariyah building and its need of repair; the note on the envelope is ‘Izzat al-Saltanah's writing; the verso has Farmanfarma's seal.
