The document reads in part: Bibi Nisaʼ Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Taqi (son of Aqa ʻAli) and wife of Muhammad Baqir Yazdi, settled silk with the daughter of Aqa Muhammad (son of Aqa Husayn, the moneychanger from Yazd) and wife of Aqa Muhammad Javad. December 23, 1875.

Haji Mulla Husayn's settlement, 1884
The document reads, in part: Haji Mulla Husayn, the preacher, settled his property in Sarshur district to his two underage sons, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Baqir and Aqa Shaykh ʻAbd al-ʻAli. Until thirty years from the date of this document, the benefits of the settled property are for Haji Mulla Husayn. When he dies and the underage children come of age, with the knowledge of their mother, who will oversee the execution of the will, they have to pay 200 tumans of the benefit as Khums [religious tithe] over the course of four years, paying 50 tumans each years. Fatimah Khanum's settlement, 1857
"Hereby, [I] Fatimah Khanum, the daughter of the deceased Aqa Ibrahim, have settled, for five tumans, whatever rights I had [in divorce] to my mahr and the household furnishing minus, Ihram clothing and a golden korsi duvet that were given for the child. The other condition is that until the child is with the mother, the money for the child's expenses, which is 3000 in the present currency, should be paid on a monthly basis. September 16, 1857."

Copy of the text of Nasir al-Din Shah's decree: ""Following the death of my uncle, Malik Qasim Mirza, for the sake of those surviving him, 2000 tumans cash and 100 kharvars [unit of weight] were given to his children. After the death of Khudadad Khan, his stipend was confiscated by the court. From now on, his stipend will be divided among the inheritors as stated: Imam Quli Mirza (cash: 1000 tumans, goods: 50 kharvars), Shahzadah Khanum (cash: 400 tumans, goods: 20 kharvars), Riza Quli Mirza (cash: 340 tumans, goods: 25 kharvars), Zaynab Khanum (cash: 150 tumans). 5/1/1861
