A few months ago, the inheritors of the late Aqa Mashhadi Najaf, the merchant from Ganjah, including Muhsin Aqa, Mahmud Aqa, and Sariyah Khanum petitioned to the Russian consulate, appointing Aqa Hasan Aqa as their guardian. The inheritance of Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of the late ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan Sultan, was in the custody of her guardian Haji Khan the Colonel. According to this contract, Haji Khan returns this property to Sakinah Sultan Khanum. The expenses for her clothing have been deducted from ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan's debt.

Petition of the wife of Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, the gardener of Salar al-Saltanah
Mirza Muhammad ʻAli, the gardener of Salar al-Saltanah, passed away and Salar al-Saltanah was supposed to pay a stipend for his three under aged children, but had not paid anything at the time of writing. Mirza Muhammad ʻAli's wife asked the police and was referred to the Ministry of Justice. They asked her to bring proof to confirm that she was the legal guardian of the children and Shaykh ʻAli Akbar, the prayer Imam, confirmed that she is their guardian.
