‘Aziz Aqa, a female entertainer, purchased a six-shooter carrier after the brothers of her divorced husband, Sayyid Hasan from Ganjah, had threatened to kill her. She was arrested for carrying the gun on her way to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Talks about issues related to the farms belonging to the heirs of Haj ‘Abd al-Rahim Vakil al-Dawlah, and mentions a settlement which indicates that these properties formerly owned by the late Umm al-Khaqan are now owned by Sardar Mu‘tazad; the properties rented by the late Mu‘in al-Ra‘aya and later Haji Mu‘addil, the attorney of ‘Inayat Allah Khan, had taken the properties from the heirs of the late Mu‘in al-Ra‘aya.
