Ghulam Husayn Khan Sardar Mujallal, son of Haj Sulayman Khan Bihjat al-Dawlah, has transferred his properties near Kirman and Bam to Mirza Husayn Khan Sardar Nusrat, son of Murtaza Quli Khan Vakil al-Mulk, in exchange for some crystal candy. The condition is that Mirza Husayn Khan endows these properties after Ghulam Husayn Khan’s death. A letter, along with the envelope, from Muvassaq al-Saltanah, the Minister, to Nizam al-Saltanah, the Governor of Burujird and Luristan; it refers to Mihr ‘Alikhan and Sardar Khan's unlawful construction on a property owned by Hurmat al-Dawlah. The author mentions the continuing construction despite the order that was placed before the addressee's departure. He requests halting the construction and recommends using legal methods if there is a claim on ownership.
