Fakhir al-Saltanah's settlements confirmed by his wife, Khanum ‘Aliyah
These documents include: 1-Haji Mirza Sayyid ‘Ali leases his agricultural land to Aqa Mashhadi Nasir, the son of the late Karbalayi Isma‘il, for eight hundred and seventy tumans. The contract covers three winter and three summer crops (over three years). On the back, Fakhir al-Saltanah settles some agricultural property and water rights with Haji Mirza Sayyid Muhammad Muhazzab al-Dawlah for four thousand tumans. ‘Azra Khanum, the thirty-two year old daughter of the late Mirza Mahmud Afshar and wife of ‘Abd al-Husayn Khan Ilbaygi of the Afshar tribe, from Asad Abad of Hamadan and resident of Savujbulagh, and represented by Mirza Muhammad Khan, receives her inherited salary of eight kharvar and eighty mans (kharvar and man are units of weight) of barley, which belonged to her since 1885 or 1886. Documents related to Nasir al-Mamalik's properties, 1914-1927
The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw.
