Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

Includes issues facing several villages such as in Qaysar Abad village, where Najm al-Saltanah has issue with Karbalayi Mahdiquli, as a tenant, on it crops; the great functionality of a qanat; and increasing prices in Tehran. The writer talks about his role in the transactions of Isfandiyari and ʻAli Abad properties and several houses, as well as Najm al-Saltanah's role; the interest for Munavvar al-Saltanah's property worth forty-five thousand tumans and her willingness to sell it; and Shukuh al-Saltanah being not well.

Marriage contract of Fatimah, the daughter of Rajab (the son of Karbalayi Muhammad Muslim), and Sayyid ʻAli, the son of Mir Habib. The mahr includes: five tumans in cash, a property priced at five tumans, five mans [each man is three kilograms] of copper priced at 25000 [dinars], a quarter of an inherited garden priced at two tumans, some pieces of land close to the river priced at one tuman, a man and half of silk priced at [illegible] tumans, two sets of outfits priced at two tumans that were received, a set of bedding priced at one tuman that was received, a handmade carpet priced at one...

Peasants to Anis al-Dawlah, 1894
A telegram from the peasants of Shaykh Garden in Savah (which was part of the crown lands of Hazrat ‘Abd al-‘Azim) to Anis al-Dawlah. They talk about their debt to the Court and state that after the garden was purchased by Zahir al-Saltanah, the peasants have been suffering from the injustice. The new owner has acquired 70 tumans more than their actual debt, which is beyond their financial means. In this letter, the peasants ask Anis al-Dawlah to act on their behalf before Nasir al-Din Shah. They request justice and for the extra money to be returned to them.
