Hajj travelogue, February or March 1882
According to Dr. Rasul Ja‘farian, publisher of the travelogue, the author is Hajiyah Mihr Mah Khanum ‘Ismat al-Saltanah (d. 3 August 1888), daughter of Farhad Mirza Mu‘tamid al-Dawlah and Jahan Ara Khanum. Jahan Ara is the daughter of Muhammad ‘Ali Mirza Dawlatshahi, son of Fath ‘Ali Shah. Hajiyah Mihr Mah Khanum ‘Ismat al-Saltanah married three times: first to Mirza Muhammad Qavam al-Dawlah Ashtiyani (d. 1873); then to Mirza Musa (d. 1881), son of Mirza Hadi Ashtiyani Vazir Lashgar; then to Mirza ʻAbd Allah Vahab Khan Asif al-Dawlah (d. 1887). Will of Sayyid Mahmud Musavi, addressed to his son, Sayyid Husayn Musavi, in which he asks him to take care of the following in case something happens to him in Mecca: Aqa Muhammad Sadiq (one of Sayyid Mahmud's sons) inherits twice as much as his other sons. Transfer of properties from Sayyid Mahmud to Bibi Ruqiyah
A note indicating that the writer [probably Sayyid Mahmud Musavi Ruknabadi] has given his wife, Bibi Ruqiyah, all his household furnishings. He writes that the two carpets that he has brought from Mecca for his wife as souvenirs belong to her, as do all the stable's animals, the trees of Sarshah, the trees behind Sayyid ʻAlaʼ al-Din Musavi's garden, the pistachio trees, and every tree that belongs to the writer.

The writer shares some news about the purchase of a slave (Khvajah) for the crown prince from Somalia for two thousand tumans and mentions that Aqa brought four Kaniz (female slaves) for Khalah Jan, Mahmud Khan, Mademoiselle, and the writer. Three of them are Baluchis and one is Bambasi. Aqa also brought a male slave as a souvenir for the writer; his name is Qanbar. S/he then describes three things that s/he wanted during the three years that Aqa was governing the ports and has them all now: a good gun, a mare called ‘Abid, and now Qanbar. ‘Asim al-Saltanah claimed that the late Muzaffar Nizam appointed him to execute his will, which includes paying for performing prayers and fasts on behalf of Fatimah Khanum for twenty years, and also giving one kharvar [unit of weight] wheat to the late Muzaffar Nizam's nanny every year

Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ to ‘Abd al-Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma, 1890
Haji Sayyid Yahya Adib al-Shu‘ara’ (from Tabriz)'s petition discusses the pension of Mulla Yahya and ʻAbd Allah Bayg, the hardships the author went through during his pilgrimage to Mecca, and the delay in paying one-third of Mulla Yahya's belongings to his inheritors. This delay was caused by the heir of Haji Muhammad Baqir who is the Kadkhuda (village chief) of a village, which is owned by Surur al-Saltanah.
