Agreement between Haji Khan Yavar and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Khan, regarding a one-year of crops from some land in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 20 mans [unit of weight]. The crop should be delivered to Sakinah Sultan's servant or representative. Taxes, wages for the guards, and damages caused by natural disasters or pests are the responsibility of the tenant.

Rental agreement between ‘Izzat Allah Khan Sultan and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, the daughter of ‘Abd al-‘Ali Sultan, for the summer and winter crops of Sakinah Sultan's inherited property in Aqdagh-i Sufla in exchange for 6 kharvar [unit of weight] grains for two years. The lessee is responsible for damages due to pests or natural disasters. The price of a dozen trees in the land was determined to be twenty tumans.

Letter sealed on verso by Mahdi Muntasir Lashkar; he warns that helping to move ‘Amid Lashkar's peasant, Iskandar, from Zaviyah village would lead to resentment between the writer, the addressee, and ‘Amid Lashkar; if Iskandar wants to relocate, the addressee should not be the cause of it. Note on verso, in different handwriting, denies taking Iskandar and advises the addressee to investigate the issue by questioning Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali.
