Affidavit of the elders from Dumchal, Kumachal, and Kanaf Gurab villages regarding Mashhadi Mulla Baba Dumuchali, father of Haj Ramazan Dumuchali, being the only inheritor of Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, his uncle. Seven people confirmed this statement, and also stated that Mashhadi ‘Ali Khan [illegible] was not Mulla ‘Ali Akbar's inheritor.

Marriage contract of Zaynab Khatun, daughter of the late Fath Allah Khujastah, resident of Dumchal, and Ramazan ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Rajab ‘Ali from Dumchal. The mahr is eight tumans and one thousand five hundred dinars for some women's clothes.

Settlement and will, 1904 and 1905
On one side is the settlement dated August 21, 1904 between Karbalayi Kazim, son of the late Mirza [illegible] from Lahijan, and Haj Ramazan, son of Mashhadi Mulla Baba from Dumuchal [Dumchal], over connected and seperate pieces of land in Dumuchal [Dumchal] village, which Karbalayi Kazim inherited from his mother and his brother, for four hundred twenty-five tumans and five thousand dinars. On the other side is a copy of Haj Ramazan's will (dated January 15, 1905), in which he named his son Ghulam Aqa Shaykh Hasan the executor of his will and appointed him to manage his properties. Settlement between Talib, son of Rajab ‘Ali from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, with power of attorney from his permanent wife, Hasaniyah Khanum, daughter of ‘Ali Naqi from Kabinah/Gabinah in Lahijan, and Sakinah Sultan Khanum, known as Khanumi Khanum, daughter of Haj Abu al-Qasim, exchanging three pieces of land located in the Yusuf neighborhood of Dumuchal [Dumchal] village in Lahijan for twelve tumans and five thousand dinars.
