Settlement between Sakinah Khatun, daughter of Mashhadi Haji Zarrabi and Sayyid Taqi, son of Sayyid Husayn, in which she transfers her property including 3 gardens with the right to water to Sayyid Taqi in exchange for 8 tumans. The contract can be abrogated within 10 months after the date of the settlement.

Will of Sayyid Taqi
Four wills belonging to Sayyid Taqi the leather seller. In the second document, dated May 17,1893, he transferred his property to his wife, Sultan Khanum. In the third and fourth document, he has chosen Sayyid Muhammad Valadabadi as the executor of his will and guardian of his minor children.
