Documents regarding guardianship of Banu-yi Ashraf's children after the death of her husband, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk. The first document is a letter by Muhsin al-Husayni, granting the guardianship of Musa Ashrafi, who was born after his father's death, to Banu-yi Ashraf, dated 21 March 1924. The second document is a request by Banu-yi Ashraf for verification of her dual guardianship of her children with Fatimah Khanum, mother of Ashraf al-Mulk, and the confirmation by Muhsin al-Muhsini, dated 15 July 1929.

Legal documents of Khadijah Khanum
Legal documents belonging to Khadijah Khanum Mashhadiyah Khanum, daughter of Yusuf Laktarashani, and wife of Aqa Isma‘il, including: rental agreement of Khadijah Khanum's property in the village of Laktarashan to Karbalayi Haydar Durabi, dated 1906; a settlement in which, Khadijah Khanum transfers her properties in Laktarashan to ‘Abbas Quli Khan Sarhaddar (Mir Panjah Ashrafi), dated July 10th, 1919. ‘Abbas Quli Khan's son, Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk inherits these properties after his father's death. This settlement is confirmed by several clergies.

Power of attorney from Zibandah Khanum Shahzadah Banu to Sayyid Muhsin [al-Husayni] (Mujtahid of Ashraf) after the death of her husband, ‘Abbas Quli Khan Ashrafi, the border guard from Mazandaran, in the matter of obtaining her dues, including her Mahr, money and properties in Damavand, and some payments to the descendents of Musa Khan Ashraf al-Mulk, son of ‘Abbas Quli Khan.
