A copy of listed properties, based on an earlier settlement, that belonged to Gawhar Taj Khanum, younger daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah, amongst her grandsons, Mahdikhan (son of Husayn Khan Iftikhar Nizam), and Zayn al-‘Abidin Khan, Ibrahim Khan, and ‘Isa Khan (sons of ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad). Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri Sardar Mujallal (their grandfather and Gawhar Taj Khanum's husband) and ‘Ali Akbar Khan Salar As‘ad are the guardians of these four underage children.

Copy of the settlement between Mashhadi ‘Ali Kurah-paz [the tile maker], son of Mashhadi Haji Tajir [the merchant] from Shiraz, and Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of Mulla Ahmad Nayrizi, over a house located at Ishaq Bayg neighborhood of Shiraz for five hundred tumans. The permanent wife of the seller witnessed this settlement, and confirmed she had no rights to the property.

The properties of Asiyah Sultan, the daughter of the late Haj Shaykh Abu Turab (Imam Jum‘ah of Fars) and the wife of the late Mulla ‘Ali Akbar, which she inherited from her father, were divided after her death: Kayvan Sultan, her daughter, received one share and her son, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Hasan Safih [the imbecile] two shares. Haji Mirza Muhammad's inheritance has been divided amongst the following: his two wives, Bibi Khatun (daughter of the late Haji Muhammad ‘Ali), and Zaynab Khanum; and his children, Sakinah Sultan (wife of Aqa Sayyid Muhammad), Rubabah Khanum (wife of Aqa Mirza Muhammad), Umm Layli (wife of Aqa Husayn Ibn Hasan Ibn Riza), Aqa Muhammad Husayn, Aqa Murtiza, and Aqa Mustafa and Yahya (his underage sons). It is noted that all his wives’ shares and entitlements, including the mahr and alimony, have been taken into account.
