About Bibi Kuchak Khanum's property, 1879
The document reads in part: Haji Muhammad Riza, the merchant from Khurasan, acknowledged that he had settled his property, including his ownership share of Zarkish farm, to his deceased wife, Bibi Kuchak Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Karbalayi Muhammad Zargar. The deceased lady settled all her belongings to her daughter's son, Aqa Shaykh Muhammad Hasan. Haji Mulla Nawruz ʻAli (known as Fazil Bastami) testifies that all the property mentioned should be owned by this grandchild, and that whoever confiscated it should return it. Written in August 18, 1879.

Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Note: since two sixths of this building belonging to Aqa ʻAli, the son of Haj Sadiq, was part of his [Muhammad Akbar's] wife...

Collection of essays and legal documents
A collection of a number of essays with different writers and scribes. Some parts are devoted to the explanation of different types of marriage and divorce. In between the lines, there are a number of contracts and settlements, including lease, and sale settlements, but most of them are marriage contracts and divorce settlements. Dates of these contracts are mostly in 1840s. The first date is 13 January 1845 and the last date is 31 May 1893.

Dispute between Bibi's inheritors and Mirza Abu al-Qasim, 1873
On May 16, 1870, Bibi [?] Khanum, the daughter of Muhammad Isma‘il from Shiraz and the wife of Sayyid Husayn the merchant from Shiraz, sold the houses located in the Sar-i Bagh neighborhood for three hundred and sixteen tumans to Mirza Abu al-Qasim, the son of Mirza Nur al-Din the merchant known as Hindi [from India]. Dividing Malik Qasim Mirza's inheritance, 1861
Copy of the text of Nasir al-Din Shah's decree: ""Following the death of my uncle, Malik Qasim Mirza, for the sake of those surviving him, 2000 tumans cash and 100 kharvars [unit of weight] were given to his children. After the death of Khudadad Khan, his stipend was confiscated by the court. From now on, his stipend will be divided among the inheritors as stated: Imam Quli Mirza (cash: 1000 tumans, goods: 50 kharvars), Shahzadah Khanum (cash: 400 tumans, goods: 20 kharvars), Riza Quli Mirza (cash: 340 tumans, goods: 25 kharvars), Zaynab Khanum (cash: 150 tumans). 5/1/1861

Resolving a dispute between Shahr Banu Baygum, daughter of Sayyid Riza, and Aqa Mir Ahmad, son of Mir Ghaffar from Davan, by dividing a piece of land in Sanjah Darvazah neighborhood in Bushihr with the order of an overseer and presence of some witnesses. Prior to this, Aqa Mir Ahmad had purchased parts of this land from Sayyid Riza's wife and other daughter.

Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.
