Power of attorney from Fatimah Baygum and ‘Ali Akbar to Haj Muhammad Hasan, 1863
Fatimah Baygum and her brother Aqa ‘Ali Akbar, children of Aqa Muhammad Husayn Karbalayi from Sar Chanah, give the power of attorney to their cousin, Haj Muhammad Hasan, regarding the inheritance from their brother, Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin, who died in Nahavand on his way to the shrines in Iraq. They are asking for the remaining two-thirds of Aqa Zayn al-‘Abidin’s assets, after one-third of it is spent on the funeral. They also mention that if something happens to Haj Muhammad Hasan, he can assign another attorney to do the work.
