Three settlements of Haj Habib Allah, 1882, 1883, and 1884
The first document, dated 1882, is a copy of the settlement between Haj Habib Allah, son of the late Haj Mirza ʻAbd Allah, and his sister, Mahi Khanum, transferring the ownership of Mahi Khanum's belongings, including silverware, furniture and goods, land and housing, clothes and fabric, etc. in exchange for a pair of gold bracelets, a knife, and fourteen shahis. Settlement between Rustam, with power of attorney transferred from his wife, the daughter of Haj Karam, and Mashhadi Yusuf, her brother (on behalf of her other brother, Muhammad Jaʻfar), over receiving ten tumans for the loss she claims from her mother's and father's inheritance.

Marriage contract of Kawkab Baygum and Haj ‘Abd Allah, 1880
Marriage contract of Kawkab Baygum, daughter of Haj Sayyid Ahmad, and Haj ‘Abd Allah, son of Haj ‘Ali, with a mahr of eighty tumans, ten tumans of which was given to the bride at the time of the marriage. The rest remains groom's debt. The marriage contract also includes the following conditions: if, in the first fifty years of the marriage, the groom travels for two full years without paying alimony to the bride, the bride can divorce herself and release the groom from paying half of the mahr. Additionally, the groom is not permited to take the bride out of the region without her consent.

Settlement between Aqa ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad Baqir, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Javad from Khurasan, exchanging five-sixths of the Budjan Farm in Lower Simirum of Isfahan, inherited from Hajiyah, known as Baqir's wife, for five hundred tumans.

Settlement of Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali with Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, 1888
Settlement between Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali, sons of the late Aqa ‘Ali and residents of Marbanan village, and Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, son of Mulla Muhammad Sadiq Fari, exchanging a quarter of a house located in Nayistan village for twenty-six tumans. Explanation: Mulla Baqir's wealth had been transferred to Barat ‘Ali, while the late Baygum Khanum's had been transferred to both Barat ‘Ali and Karbalayi Hasan. They both sold their shares before this settlement took place.

Marriage contract of Sughra Sultan, daughter of Muhammad ‘Ali, and ‘Abd al-Husayn, son of ‘Ali Akbar the merchant. The mahr includes twenty-six tumans and two-and-a-half qirans. The groom settled fifty shahis of the mahr in exchange for fourteen tumans, part of a residential property, and a Qurʼan.

The mahr includes: twelve tumans and three thousand three hundred fifty dinars, part of a property in [illegible] region of the Zaj Abad neighborhood, thirty tumans to buy property, fifteen tumans for women's clothes, ten tumans for a set of rugs, four tumans for a set of bedding, five tumans for a pair of earrings, three tumans as a bridal gift, and two mans [unit of weight] of copperware.
