Maʻsumah Khanum, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad ʻAli Khzanah complained that Iʻtisam al-Saltanah owed her ten thousand tumans and that although the Ministry of Justice voted in her favor, he did not return the money. The divorced wife of Muhammad ʻAli Khan Qajar wrote that her ex-husband had divorced her three years prior after thirty years of marriage and that she could not support herself or her underaged son, who was supposed to receive a stipend but did not get it. She therefore asked for a stipend.

Petition of Sakinah Khanum to Majlis
Sakinah Khanum, the aunt of Muhammad Ismaʻil Bayg, the cook of the English embassy, was his only legal heir. She had a dispute over his heritage with his wife. She agreed to pay 80 tumans to Sakinah, but Sakinah felt betrayed and asked the Majlis to prevent her from usurping Ismaʻil's belongings. The Majlis wrote that she had to go to the Ministry of Justice for her petition.

Petition of Zinat al-Muluk, the grandchild of Muhammad Mahdi Khan Qajar
Correspondence regarding the salary of Zinat al-Muluk, the grandchild of Muhammad Mahdi Khan Qajar. She wrote that a third of her grandfather's salary was allocated for her during Muzaffar al-Din Shah's reign, but was signed during that of Muhammad ʻAli Shah, and Salman Khan cut it, assuming that it dated to Muhammad ʻAli Shah's reign. She asked for her salary to be paid to her so that she could support herself and her two children.

Petition of Zulaykha, Mahdi Khan Zadah's daughter
Zulaykha, the daughter of Mahdi Khan Zadah, bought some property from Ibrahim, but he refused to pay rent or yield the property to her. She had all the legal documents and tried to get her money, but was unsuccessful. The Majlis sent a copy to the Ministry of Justice.

Petition of the wife of Aqa Muhammad Vakil al-Tujjar
The wife of Aqa Muhammad Vakil al-Tujjar, the member of parliament from Gilan, asked for a stipend for her children. She menioned that her husband spent much of his wealth for the sake of the revolution and that once he passed away, his underaged children had no resources. She asked the Majlis to set a stipend for the children.
