Two documents regarding the dispute between Khvurshid Khanum, daughter of Lutf ‘Ali Janan, and Asad Janan. The first document, dated June 17, 1867, describes Khvurshid Khanum's claim over the Aqa Ma‘sum's shops and buildings in bazaar, which has been taken over by Asad Janan. Mulla Aqa, refutes this claim on behalf of Aqa Asad.The note on the margin states that the property is partially inherited by daughter of Lutf ‘Ali Janan and the rest belongs to her uncles whose inheritors are not known.
