Settlement regarding divorce, 1933
Mir Muhsin Aqa from Ardabil has the power of attorney from his daughter, Halimah Khanum, to settle the following with her husband, Karbalayi Asad Allah, the son of the late Murad ‘Ali from Ardabil: half of her mahr, which includes seventy five tumans, four misqals of gold, and a Qur’an (valued at twelve thousand dinars) in exchange for Halimah Khanum's clothing and other belongings; he also settles the other half of the mahr as well as Halimah Khanum's rights according to Shari‘a in exchange for the divorce; she shall not have any claims regarding her mahr or remuneration.

Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn's petition about his wife's escape, 1927
Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn the tailor writes to Hujjat al-Islam Mirza Sadiq Aqa Mujtahid regarding the deception of his wife by Haji Shaykh Hasan and Ja‘far, mentioning that his last petition had led to the woman's arrest, but Haji Shaykh fled off with her and forged a marriage contract with the help of Ja‘far. The writer asks for the capture of Haji Shaykh Hasan and his punishment according to Shari‘a law.

Inquiry from people who learned from Muhammad Husayn Khan Sardar ‘Ashayir [Nuzhat al-Dawlah's second husband] that Nuzhat al-Dawlah had included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah in her will and their testimony in two documents dated June 8, 1931 and June 18, 1931; a document, dated June 16, 1931, confirming Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will regarding the villages of Sis and Malikzadah.

Petition to Nuzhat al-Dawlah
The peasants of the village of Turkaman write to Nuzhat al-Dawlah regarding compliance with her order for their cooperation in helping the poor. They state that everyone has been involved except Musa Kalantar, Karbalayi Khalil, and Hamd Allah Kadkhuda [the village chief], who have enticed the steward, Mashhadi Muhammad Aqa, to send a faulty report to Nuzhat al-Dawlah.
