Bestowal by Baygum Khanum and Umm Nisa’, 1834
Baygum Khanum, daughter of Aqa Karim and wife of the late Aqa Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, and Umm Nisa’, the daughter of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur, have granted their share from a garden in the village of Sis Abad to Karbalayi Mir Sadiq and Aqa Mir Asad Allah, sons of Mir ‘Abd al-Shakur. On the margin, Baygum Khanum has also bestowed them her household furnishings.

Booklet of prayers that belonged to Bibi Khanum [Sayyidah Fatimah Baygum], the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan and the grandmother of Muhammad Hasan Masʻudi Khurasani, known as Aqa Sardar. The writing on the edge of the first page reads: "this booklet of prayers belonged to Bibi Khanum, who was the mother of Mirza Masʻud Khan. [My father] gave this to me so that while reading the prayers, I pray for my grandmother and ask God to bless her. Dispute among inheritors of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum
Bala Bayg, an inheritor of Mashhadi Gulshan Khanum, claims that her mother gave her properties to him and his brothers, Qahraman Khan and Shirin Bayg, that he has the bestowal settlement written in Mulla Hasan Mardanqumi's handwriting, and that the bestowal settlement the children of his deceased brother, Qasim Khan, claim to have is not valid because Qasim Khan coerced his mother into writing it. Dividing properties of Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin among his inheritors, 1838
Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land.
