According to the witnesses and the inheritors of Mirza Muhammad Bayg, he sold half of his farm to his wife, Qurayshah Khanum, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Zaman (son of Mirza Shuja‘ al-Din Muhammad al-Husayni) in exchange for thirty tumans and rented it back for ninety years in exchange for two tumans.
Shuhrah Banu, the daughter of ‘Ivaz Harzandi, bestows her share of inheritance from her father's belongings, properties, and houses, upon her mother, Mahi Khanum, the daughter of Himmat.

Mirza Muhammad Zaki, the son of Mirza Muhammad Zaman (the former sheriff), representing his sisters, Khayr al-Nisa’ Khanum, Tuhfah Nisa’ Khanum, Khadijah Nisa’ Khanum, and Gawhar Nisa’ Khanum, has bestowed all of his sisters' shares of their father's inheritance of a house and a garden located at Surkhab neighborhood to Mirza Abu Muhammad the sheriff in exchange for one hundred dinars and one man [unit of weight] of wheat.

The manuscript is a collection of different essays by Muhammad bin Haj Muhammad Zaman Kashani, some of which are related to marriage. Muhammad Husayn bin Muhammad Ali Khuraskani is the scribe.
The first part is the book of medicine. The next part is on mines and the third is on jams. The last part, is Aristotle's book on horses. On the last page, there are a number of names and dates of birth, probably belonging to the children or grandchildren of the owner of the manuscript. The first date is 1854 and the last is 1898.
This manuscript contains a major text and two minor texts. The first part is a book of Tibb (medicine) -- descriptions of the body, diseases, and cures. There is a break in the continuity of topic, style of writing, etc. The second document is a short essay about intercourse, and the third is about different stains and how to remove them.
Property sale settlement between Hajar's attorney and Khvajah Nafs, son of Khvajah ʻAyni. The property's value is stated to be one Tabrizi tuman and 5000 dinars. Hajar is the sister of Ahmad and daughter of Husayn.
